    Reporting irregularities

    Our aim is to continuously improve and modernise the company. While investing in new technologies, we do not forget to certify them with the appropriate documents

    EU funding of projects, mechanism for signalling potential irregularities in OPI&E
    We would like to inform you that IMA Polska S. A. has received European Union funding under the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment 2014-2020, Priority Axis I - Reducing the carbon intensity of the economy, for the following projects:

    - „Construction of a 1.44 MW methanation plant for processing residues in Murowana Goślina”. - as part of Measure 1.6 „Promotion of the use of high-efficiency cogeneration of heat and power based on useful heat demand”.”

    On 24 August 2017, at the headquarters of the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in Warsaw, funding agreements were signed for the aforementioned projects No. POIS.01.06.01-00-0043/16.
    At the same time, in connection with the implementation of the projects, we would like to inform you that the Managing Authority of OPI&E has implemented a mechanism for signalling potential irregularities or abuses in the use of EU funds under the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment 2014-2020.

    EU funding for projects, a whistleblowing mechanism for potential irregularities in OPI&E.
    We would like to inform you that IMA Polska S. A. has received European Union funding under the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment 2014-2020, Priority Axis I - Reducing the carbon intensity of the economy, for the following projects:

    On 28 January 2021, at the headquarters of the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in Warsaw, a funding agreement for the aforementioned project No. POIS.01.06.01-00-0098/19-00 was signed.
