Our aim is to continuously improve and modernise the company. While investing in new technologies, we do not forget to certify them with the appropriate documents

Carrying out industrial research and experimental development work at the Ima Polska SA plant to develop cold compaction technology for digestate. Once again, the funding received enables us to develop our company. IMA Polska SA has signed a grant agreement with the National Centre for Research and Development for the implementation of the project „Carrying out industrial research and experimental development work at the Ima Polska SA plant in order to develop technology for cold compaction of digestate”. The Project is implemented under Sub-Action 1.1.1 of the Operational Programme Intelligent Development 2014 - 2020, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund. The aim of the project is to develop a technology for cold compaction of the digestate, allowing Ima Polska S.A.'s business activities to implement the production of live organic fertiliser in solid form on the Polish market.

Construction of a processing residue methanation plant with a capacity of 1.44 MW in Murowana Goślina. It is with great pleasure that we announce that IMA Polska S.A. has concluded an agreement with the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management for co-financing of the project „Construction of a processing residue methanation installation with a capacity of 1.44 MW in Murowana Goślina”. The implementation of the Project takes place within the framework of Measure 1.6 Promoting the use of high-efficiency cogeneration of heat and electricity based on the supply of useful heat, Sub-measure 1.6.1 High-efficiency cogeneration sources, Priority Axis i Reducing the emissivity of the economy of the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment 2014 - 2010. The aim of the Project consisting in the construction of a methanation installation for processing residues from the distillery is to produce electricity and heat in high-efficiency cogeneration from renewable energy sources, such as distillery decoction. The installation will produce electricity and heat in cogeneration. The installed capacity of the planned biogas plant is 1.44 MW of electricity and 1.515 MW of heat.

    Amount of funding: 7 232 189.96 PLN

We are pleased to announce that IMA Polska S.A. has entered into another funding agreement with the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management for the project „Construction of a 3 MW methanation plant for processing residues in Murowana Goślina”. The Project is implemented under Measure 1.6 Promoting the use of high-efficiency cogeneration of heat and electricity based on the demand for useful heat, Sub-measure 1.6.1 High-efficiency cogeneration sources, Priority axis I Reducing the emissivity of the economy of the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment 2014 - 2020. The aim of the project involving the construction of a methanation installation for processing residues from the distillery is to produce electricity and heat in high-efficiency cogeneration from renewable energy sources, such as distillery decoction.
    Output indicators:

      • Number of businesses receiving support: 1.00 pcs.
      • Number of cogeneration units built or modernised: 1.00 pcs.

Maximum amount of funding: 16 082 466.00 PLN

It is with great pleasure that we announce that IMA Polska S.A. is implementing a project under a loan agreement with the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management entitled ”Construction of a methanation unit for processing residues with a capacity of 0.48 MW. "Construction of a 0.48 MW methanisation plant for processing residues in Murowana Goślina". The subject of the project is the construction of an agricultural biogas plant in the town of Murowana Goślina, on the premises of an existing alcohol production facility, in the Wielkopolskie Voivodship, district of Poznań, commune of Murowana Goślina. The aim of the project is the construction of an installation for methanation of processing residues from the distillery, i.e. distillery decoction (leachate after decanting the decoction), which is currently used in part for animal feed, and part of the liquid fraction is disposed of as wastewater. The annual production of decoction at the plant stands at 175,200 tonnes. The anaerobic digestion of the distillery stillage will produce agricultural biogas, which will then be combusted in a cogeneration unit that simultaneously produces electricity and heat.

Value of the project: 6 240 700.00 PLN
    NFOŚIGW loan: 4 661 025.00 PLN
