At Ima Polska S.A., we offer full-value feed components resulting from the production of ethyl alcohol. Feed components from the alcohol production process - what we offer

We offer three key feed products: DDGS (dried maize DDGS), maize grist and feed syrup. Each is produced in a controlled technological process and can be used as a valuable ingredient in compound feeds, including TMR rations.

We offer a variety of feed components that are essential in modern animal nutrition to ensure healthy and good performance.

DDGS - dried distillers' stillage

DDGS (Dried Distillers Grains with Solubles) is a dried distillery stock that is an excellent source of:

• proteins (over 32%),
• energies,
• B vitamins,
• biotin i micronutrients.

Due to its easy digestibility, DDGS is widely used in the feeding of cattle, pigs i poultry as an ingredient in high-energy compound feeds. We are one of the few companies in Poland offering dried maize DDGS of high quality, thanks to modern technology developed in cooperation with a British company GEA Barr Rosin.

Maize milling

We also offer maize thresh as a valuable ingredient in feed components.

Our fodder thresh is a material with a content of 36% protein in dry matter, obtained by decanting distillery stock. It is mainly made from maize, which makes it ideal for feeding dairy cattle i fattening.

Feed syrup

Feed syrup is made by concentrating distillery stock in a modern three-stage plant with mechanical vapour thickening. It has:

• 30-35% dry matter,
• About 20% protein in dry matter,
• positive effect on the palatability of feed.

Feed syrup in the TMR - when to use it

Mainly used in nutrition TMR (Total Mixed Ration), the syrup is a valuable component for feed components of roughage and concentrates. It helps to improve feed intake and supplements nutritional values in livestock diets. Product does not contain GMOs and can be used as a supporting element for energy and protein balance in herd nutrition.
