Job description for the role of Coordinator at IMA Polska

The person in this role is responsible for three main areas of the company’s operations. Each of these requires both organisational skills and the ability to collaborate with various departments within the company.

Purchasing and logistics

This is a key element in ensuring the continuity of production processes at the IMA Polska plant. The person in this role works directly with suppliers and transport companies, ensuring that orders are fulfilled on time and in accordance with specifications.

Document workflow automation

The second pillar of responsibility involves mapping existing documentation processes, implementing modern document workflow solutions, standardising templates and training the team on new procedures. Contracts and support from the Management Board

The third area involves drafting contracts and official correspondence, monitoring deadlines and day-to-day office administration. The coordinator supports the Management Board IMA Poland in day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth flow of information and documentation at the highest level of management.

Requirements for candidates

IMA Polska expects candidates, above all, to be able to work independently and to have a proficient knowledge of MS Office. The company values individuals who can identify areas requiring optimisation and propose concrete solutions.
