IMA Poland is recruiting for the position of laboratory employee in Murowana Goślina. We are looking for a person with experience in physical and chemical analysis and quality management systems. Responsibilities of the laboratory employee
The post holder will be responsible for a number of key tasks related to quality control and laboratory documentation. Working in the laboratory of IMA Poland requires both technical skills and organisational abilities.
Supervision of quality systems
The laboratory technician will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the quality management systems in the production facility. This includes ensuring that processes comply with applicable norms and industry standards. Systematic quality control is the foundation of the business bioethanol production at IMA Poland.
Conducting internal and supplier audits
Responsibilities also include the planning and implementation of internal audits and audits of raw material suppliers. Regular audits identify areas for improvement and ensure the continued supply of high-quality production materials.
Carrying out physical and chemical analyses
A key part of the job is to perform specialised laboratory analyses using modern testing methods. The employee will use gas chromatography (GC) and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Preparation of laboratory documentation
The position also includes the creation and updating of technical documentation. The employee will be responsible for preparing raw material specifications, test and control plans and laboratory instructions.
